NEW HAVEN (Reuters)-A Connecticut jury on Wednesday began the third day of deliberating whether a man who is guilty of killing a mother and two daughters in attack on home of horrible crime should be punished for.
A Panel of 12 people who blame Joshua Komisarjevsky, 31, in October 2007 the murder of Jennifer Hawke-Petit, 48, and his two daughters Hayley Petit, 17, and Michaela Petit, 11. The girls father was the only survivor of the attack.
Komisarjevsky's maid, Steven Hayes, was convicted of similar charges separately and sentenced to death.
A jury in New Haven Superior Court began deliberations on Monday and discussed the seven and a half hours over the last two days.
Jurors who convicted Hayes dead covered during 17 hours over four days before reaching a unanimous decision.
